 A variety of modalities will be applied, Reiki, Biorgonomy, Pendullum, Energy Codes and Scalar Waves, and some more, as the energy of the group needs at particular time, none of which require you to sit or lay down while in session.

So, you don’t need to be sitting or laying down with your eyes closed for it to work, but it will help you be more aware of the subtle  physical / emotional sensations so I highly recommend it, especially your first time.
